Drive the car
Have a big engine!!
The harder and faster you drive a car, the more fuel it burns and the bigger the engine, the more fuel required to get the car over the distance faster. AND you have to have both, trying to burn lots of fuel with a 2 stroke lawn mower engine is too slow and a big engine sitting in the garage doing nothing burns no fuel!!
So the “Driving” is huffy puffy of course and once again, drive fast and hard!! Yes, you will burn fuel if you drive slowly but it takes so much longer, and it is boring and you will probably give up because the destination takes such a long time to get to. Driving fast is fun, exciting and you get where you want to go fast!! AND a car that is capable of driving fast is so much more fun to take for a drive!! YES- being fit makes huffy puffy exercise so much more fun than going for a long slow session of exercise-BORING!! Drive more often, short, sharp drives, drive everyday, even twice a day-short sharp sessions of getting puffed, recover, get puffed, recover. Interval training will make you fit fast the same as stop, start fast driving burns more fuel!!
And the engine size? Yes guys/males have it all over the girls on this one. Men produce a natural soooper engine builder chemical in their bodies. Testosterone is the difference between a small engine than burns fuel slowly and a JET engine that burns fuel soooper fast. The engine is muscle and testosterone builds muscle!! Yes ladies, God must be a man because men burn fat faster because they have more muscle!!
And most women say the silliest thing ever in regards to fat loss, “I don’t want to build muscle!!”-really, you want a small, slow fat burning engine-REALLY?
The more muscle you have, the faster you burn fat- LOOOOVE your muscles!! And even though women CANNOT build any significant amounts of muscle-even if you wanted to (tiny amounts of muscle building testosterone), strong muscles make your engine rev at a higher rate-Yes, faster fat-burning when you are driving the car!!Yes, women have a tiny amount of testosterone, they can replace any muscle they have lost because they dieted (yes dieting burns up your engine size and forces your body to burn fat slower-STOP Dieting!!)
Ladies, lift HEAVY things so you stay strong, AND a strong body can do huffy puffy exercise faster and harder and you WILL burn fat when you move that way!! Lifting heavy gives you a faster revving engine and it stops your bones from wasting away -one in three women get the bone wasting disease osteoporosis and you can prevent it if you lift heavy things And Guys, lift heavy thing to grow your engine size-and you will burn fat much faster!!
Note for the guys: Having a big engine (a big, muscular body) and not driving it (huffy puffy) is like the battery charger man that has to charge up the performance cars that sit in people’s garages because they don’t drive them! AND a heart charger is not much fun for the human body!! Be fit to have a healthy heart, not just big muscles to look good!!
FAT LOSS is Easy:
Get fit by huffing and puffing hard and fast-everyday-driving your car everyday is normal, it does not need a rest if you keep it tuned up and running well
Lift Heavy things once a week; Build the engine and make it stronger
And please don’t complicate it further-the whole world has and how is it working for the FATTEST world we have ever been?
And don’t feel guilty if you do not do more-unless you LOOOOVE it!! The best answer you can give when people admire your strong, fit, healthy, fast fat-burning body, and ask what you do to get it,
“As little as possible, as fast as possible!!”
No need to invest more time in your WOW body than you do in keeping your teeth clean and healthy; 2-4 mins of huffy puffy everyday same as your teeth (28 mins a week) and a heavy full body muscle workout once a week that works every muscle in your body-about 10 mins!!
AND BEWARE!! Most fitness people will want you to do more exercises, do ‘cardio” for hours, workout for hours, buy more stuff, spend more money and waste your time!! And it does not work unless fitness is your life and all you have got to do with your life?? How about, I am fit to make my life WOW, not I am WOW because I workout for hours everyday!!
