  • 1 – Pick the right people (Target Market)
  • 2 – Set Goals spècific customer service goals and visualize them
  • 3 – Ask your customers what they want
  • 4 – Create a WOW experience every-time…if you don´t apologize!
  • 5 – Customer service is not an event it is a system…what is yours?
  • 6 – Do you do what you expect?
  • 7 – Do you inspect what you expect?
  • 8 – Do you reward excellence?
  • 9 – Consistency: Consistency : Consistency!
