Max International College for Fitness Professionals

The western world is FAT!!

PT-Profession

A Fitness Professional is more important than a Doctor!!

Sadly, literally and in reality, the profession of fitness ill continue to grow –F-A-S-T!! The number of people with the top killer diseases is growing daily, we are fatter, sicker and weaker, as a western world than any other time in history, Australia is the fattest nation in the world and New Zealand has the highest level of Type II Diabetes, per capita, in the world!!

And optimistically and very exciting…A regular strength training program, regular huffy puffyexercise and a healthy eating plan can not only help treat and cure a high percentage of the killer diseases, it can prevent most!! AND even if prevention or cure is not possible, a person who is fit and strong and eating immune building, vitamin and antioxidant rich foods, is more likely to fight and/or cope with disease and the challenges it brings!!

So now, more than any other time in history, becoming a Fitness Professional is a vital career choice and arguably more important than any other medical professional!! Theopportunities, the number of clients and the rewards will continue to grow and it is one of the most rewarding careers in the world. Imagine having a career where everyday you have the opportunity to help people to be fitter, stronger, healthier and even happier and you will be making a difference, long term, to the population of your country!!

So why is a career as a fitness professional still considered a, “casual” or “part-time” job? Personal Training is not taken too seriously by most parents encouraging their kids to have a long term, rewarding career and not too many teachers are striving to help their students to study hard to, “Get into the fitness industry?” Even though health (illness) is such a hot topic and costing the governments of the world so much money, the one career path that can really make a difference is not taken all that seriously?

The goal, aim and vision of MAX is to change that!! All of the past challenges of casualness, unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge and lack of skills have been addressed at MAX and it starts with the very tough acceptance criteria to enrol with MAX.

However, if you think it is tough to get into MAX, it is much tougher to get out!!

We are so serious about the professional standards of the fitness profession there is a long list of very high standards that must be reached before you can Graduate as a MAX International Fitness Professional …
